The Awakened Mother: A Group for Conscious Moms

A 3-Week Mini Series

Facilitated by Mileah Radocchia, M.S.W, R.S.W — Registered Social Worker & Holistic Therapist

There's a moment most mothers know. You react to your child, and it's bigger than the situation calls for. You snap harder than you meant to, or go quiet in a way that surprises you, and afterward you sit with it, wondering where that came from. It wasn't really about them.

That reaction started long before your children did. It started in the home you grew up in, in the way feelings were handled or weren't, in the version of love you were shown before you had words for any of it. Understanding that story isn't about blame. It's about seeing clearly enough to choose differently.

This three-week series is where that begins, held in a small group, and closed out with a full hour of individual time with Mileah to make the work personal.

Week One — What Is Your Attachment Style

The foundation. What attachment theory actually is, the four attachment styles, and how to recognize your own, not as a label, but as a lens for understanding your patterns with real clarity for the first time.

Week Two — Where It Came From

We turn toward your own childhood, the home you grew up in, the way feelings were handled or weren't, the messages you absorbed about love and safety before you had words for them. You'll trace the direct line between your history and your parenting today.

Week Three — What You're Ready to Change

We move from understanding to a plan, naming what you're ready to change and what that actually requires. This is where the group work lays the foundation for your individual session.

Your One-on-One Hour

After the series ends, you'll meet with Mileah individually for a full hour, entirely dedicated to you. This is where the group's insights become specific to your life, your child, your patterns, and your plan going forward. Or of course, the hour is yours to do what you think will be most significant to your life.
