This is not a parenting class. There are no rules here, no checklists, and no judgment about how you are doing it.

This is a 10-week journey that weaves together three powerful threads of healing and self-discovery:

Attachment Theory — the foundation of everything. We explore how your own attachment history shapes how you parent today, why certain moments with your children activate reactions that feel bigger than the situation, and what the research says about how cycles of disconnection can be gently, permanently interrupted.

Conscious & Mindful Parenting — moving from autopilot to awareness. We develop the capacity to pause, to wonder, to respond from intention rather than react from old wounds. We explore what it means to be truly present with your child — and with yourself.

Shadow Work & Inner Child Healing — going to the root. We meet the parts of you that are still carrying the wounds of your own childhood. The part that was never comforted, never seen, never told she was enough. We bring those parts into the light — not to dwell there, but to free you from parenting unconsciously from them.

Together these three threads create something that no single approach can offer on its own: a mother who knows herself.

What You Will Explore Over 10 Weeks

The Roots of Who You Are as a Mother
We begin with attachment theory — understanding the four attachment styles, your own attachment history, and the internal working models you carry into every interaction with your child.

The Patterns You Inherited
We trace your parenting style back to its source — the family you grew up in, the messages you absorbed about feelings, love, discipline and what a good mother is supposed to be.

Who You Are Beyond the Role
We explore matrescence — the profound identity transformation of becoming a mother — and begin to build a conscious, values-based maternal identity rather than one driven by fear, perfectionism, or cultural scripts.

What Triggers You and Why
We map your parenting triggers directly back to their origin in your childhood story — moving from self-blame to self-understanding, and from reactive patterns to regulated responses.

The Cycles You Are Ready to Break
We work with the concept of intergenerational patterns — the ghosts that visit us from our own histories — and develop the reflective capacity to interrupt them with conscious intention.

Your Nervous System Is Parenting Too
We explore the body's role in parenting — how your nervous system activates in difficult moments, what regulation actually looks like, and how a regulated mother becomes a co-regulating presence for her child.

The Inner Child Who Is Still Parenting
Through shadow work and inner child practices, we meet the younger parts of you that are still present in your most triggered parenting moments — and we offer them what they have always needed.

Enough — Releasing the Impossible Standard
We examine where your inner critic came from, why self-compassion is not a luxury but a clinical necessity for attuned parenting, and what Winnicott's good enough mother actually means for you today.

Repair Over Perfection
We explore rupture and repair as the heartbeat of secure attachment — and practice the steps of a genuine, attuned reconnection after difficult moments.

Integration — The Mother You Are Becoming
We close with consolidation, intention, and celebration — each mother carrying forward a personal Attachment Intention Plan and the community she has built over 10 weeks.
