I lean into a natural claircognizance, a knowing that helps me sense where you may be holding pain, what’s asking for attention, and what your healing path may be pointing toward. Together, we’ll tend to the mind, the body, and the spirit, helping you release what no longer serves, find clarity, and strengthen your connection to your own inner guidance.
