Mileah sees each client as an equal. As an individual who has worked to overcome her own challenges, she recognizes the values of self- compassion and approaches challenges with understanding. Values of self- compassion and kindness are embedded throughout practice.
Through Mileah’s own personal journey using Mindfulness and Meditation, she has incorporated this practice into her daily life. With a passion for teaching others about the benefits of mindfulness, she continues to incorporates these practices in sessions with her clients.
