The Neuroscience Lens: Understand the "why" behind your nervous system's responses. We’ll explore how the brain stores shadow material as survival mechanisms and use somatic tools to rewire these patterns at the root.
The Soul-Centered Lens: View your shadow not as a "problem" to be fixed, but as a sacred doorway to wholeness. We’ll use ritual and intuitive practices to reclaim your lost vitality and purpose.

In this free workshop, you’ll get a clear, down-to-earth introduction to shadow work through a psychological and therapeutic lens. We’ll explore how hidden or disowned parts of the self form, why they continue to influence our reactions and relationships, and how integration—not fixing—is what supports deeper healing.
This workshop is a gentle introduction to the “work beneath the work,” and why shadow work is often the next natural step on the healing path.
Breathwork and Sound Therapy Journey
Join us for a powerful evening of Himalayan Kundalini Breathwork + Sound Therapy
A one-time immersive experience guided by two clinical social workers who blend therapeutic expertise with transformative healing practices.
In this 2-hour journey, you’ll be held by the combined skills of myself, Mileah, holistic therapist and sound practitioner, and Katerina Alexopoulos, a seasoned breathwork practitioner with over 15 years of psychotherapy experience. Together, we are creating a trauma-informed space where mind, body, and spirit can unwind, release, and reset.
